I start by saying, 'Have a seat, take a load off your feet' (clap, clap)... and the kids reply, 'Thank you, don't mind if I do!' My students are great about sitting in a designated spot in the gym by the time I get to the two claps. They are all quiet and looking at me by the time they finish saying, 'I do!'
